Fixture Installation
We install faucets, sinks, toilets and showers in kitchens and bathrooms across Dayton and the surrounding towns.
Most fixture calls start with something small. It might be a kitchen faucet that drips no matter how hard you turn it, a toilet that runs all night, or a new vanity that still needs to be hooked up. Sometimes it's a full kitchen or bathroom remodel where every fixture is new. We install kitchen and bathroom fixtures for homes and businesses in Dayton, Kettering, Oakwood, Centerville and nearby towns. Before anything goes in, we check the shut-off valves and supply lines, because an old stop under a sink is often the next thing to fail. In older Dayton houses we also look at the piping the fixture ties into, since aging or mixed materials can change the plan. We set each fixture level, seal it, run water through it and check for leaks before we leave. Tell us what you're installing when you ask for an estimate. Estimates are free for residential and commercial work, and all of our services carry a 2-year warranty. If a failed fixture puts water on the floor, call our emergency line at any hour.

Common questions
Should I replace the shut-off valve when I replace a faucet?
Often, yes. Older multi-turn valves tend to seize or drip once they're disturbed. Replacing them while the fixture is already out is simpler than coming back later. We check them on every install and tell you what we find.
Do you install fixtures for businesses?
Yes. We handle fixture work for residential and commercial properties, including restroom sinks and faucets. Estimates are free for both.
Is fixture installation covered by your warranty?
Yes. We give a 2-year warranty on all of our services, and that includes fixture installation.
