Drain Cleaning & Jetting
Camera inspection, mechanical snaking and hydro-jetting for homes and businesses in Dayton and the surrounding towns.
A slow tub, a kitchen sink that backs up every few weeks, or a floor drain that gurgles when the washer empties usually means buildup further down the line. In kitchens it is mostly grease and food waste. In bathrooms it is hair and soap. In older Dayton neighborhoods, tree roots working into the sewer line are a common cause too. We start by finding out what the clog actually is. For recurring problems we run a camera inspection, so we can see blockages, roots or a collapsed section instead of guessing. Then we pick the method that fits. Mechanical snaking works for a straightforward clog. High-pressure hydro-jetting scours grease, mineral scale and roots off the pipe walls. We check the condition of the pipe before jetting, because older or damaged lines need a different approach. If the camera shows a broken or sagging line, we show you the footage and talk through your options, including sewer line replacement. We clean drains for homes and businesses across Dayton, Kettering, Centerville and Beavercreek, and every job carries our 2-year warranty.

Common questions
Why does my drain keep clogging after it has been snaked?
A snake opens a path through the clog, but grease, scale or roots can stay on the pipe walls and catch new debris. A camera inspection shows what is really in the line, and jetting or a targeted repair deals with the cause. Proper traps, keeping grease out of the sink and periodic maintenance keep it from coming back.
Is hydro-jetting safe for older pipes?
For lines in sound condition, yes. Hydro-jetting clears mineral buildup and roots well, but cracked or badly deteriorated pipe needs to be evaluated first. We check the line before we jet and recommend a different method if the pipe cannot handle it.
Do you clean commercial drains?
Yes. We clean drains for both homes and businesses, including grease-heavy kitchen lines. Call 937-815-2006 or request a free estimate.
